The majority of items that we stock are vintage, these are individual one-off pieces that we lovingly source for their rustic charm. Please keep it in mind that vintage items may be slightly worn, perhaps with imperfections, however this is what adds charm and character to the item.

Payment
Payments are processed securely using your debit/credit card. You can also pay by PayPal if that's easier.
Delivery
Your lovely orders will be dispatched within approx 3-5 working days. We work really hard to get all your lovely orders created and packaged up.
This will be with Royal Mail, Hermes or another courier service.
We aim to package all orders extremely carefully, however in the event of a damaged item upon receipt, please email us straight away with photographs to lucy@helstonstreet.co.uk

Large items such as furniture are available for delivery and we can provide a quote depending on your location.

Returns
Please make sure you are certain on an item before going ahead with payment.
If you wish to return an item a request must be made within 14 days of payment to lucy@helstonstreet.co.uk.
The returned item must be in the same condition as shown in the photos or we are unable to accept the return.
Please remember with the nature of the items we sell that scuffs, imperfections or fading may be present, however we do our best to portray these features in the photos.
The buyer is responsible for paying postage for the returned item and it must be packaged securely so it arrives back to us in its original condition.
When we have received the item in the acceptable condition we shall process the refund payment back to the card you paid with.
